Electronic Payments CEO Council was established in January 2011 and is comprised of an intimate group of select advisors to Electronic Payments Executive Management Team. The Council's foundation is built upon its ability to inform Electronic Payments about industry trends, merchant trends and relations, and generate ideas and solutions that will improve the company's products and services for ISOs and merchants alike. With the Council's insight and expertise, Electronic Payments will continue crafting innovative programs and offering services that meet the unique needs of its ISO and agent partners.

Electronic Payments Founder's Club Awards
Electronic Payments recognizes that the company's growth and success is due to the efforts and sage advice and guidance of its agents and ISOs; thus, we established the Founder's Club as a means to reward our fast growing partners and a select few agents and ISOs that have made significant contributions to our success. While some partners may be very large and include associations, banks, and the like, all of our partners, regardless of tenure or size, are equally eligible to become a Founder's Club honoree and award winner.
With the Founder's Club award winners and the CEO Council in tow, we will embark on an all expenses paid trip for a select number of agents and ISOs and their guest to the Atlantis Casino and Resort at Paradise Island in the Bahamas. All of our partners will have an abundance of opportunities throughout the year to earn a place on the CEO Council or become a Founder's Club honoree. Electronic Payments staff is available to support your growth with innovative programs, sales assistance and the strongest all-around compensation package in the transaction processing industry today. 2013 Founder's Club Qualifications* All of our ISO and agent partners, regardless of size, tenure or recent activity, are equally eligible to qualify for an invitation to the 2013 Founder's Club Getaway. Whether you have used us actively or are currently an inactive ISO or agent looking for a better opportunity, there has never been a better time to get acquainted with the programs and services we offer.
To earn an invitation to the 2013 Founder's Club Getaway, you must meet one of the following criteria:
Top Revenue: Rank highest in revenue or residuals generated in 2012 (based on fees paid to Electronic Payments under your processing agreement; minimum $50,000 to qualify).
Top Growth: Rank among our top partners in year-over-year growth based on accounts, volume and transactions boarded in 2012 (to qualify, you must meet your annual minimum and achieve at least 15% growth in 2012 over the prior year).
Top New Clients: Rank among the top new clients in account production in 2012.
Founder's Choice: We may invite, at our discretion, additional sales partners who make noteworthy contributions in 2012. NOTE: Partners who board their first account with Electronic Payments between October 1, 2011, and December 1, 2012, are eligible; your rank will be determined by your average monthly account production during the term of your agreement with Electronic Payments.
*The Electronic Payments Founder's Club and CEO Council are open only to Electronic Payments Independent Sales Organizations (Alliance and Regional Partners) and processing partners in good standing. Each Founder's Club honoree may send only one representative and one guest to the Founder's Club Getaway, regardless of the number of categories for which the honoree qualifies. Electronic Payments reserves the right to modify or eliminate the above referenced criteria, the program rules and/or this offer at its sole discretion and without notice.
