We’re seeking a Product Training and Development Manager to oversee all sales training initiatives for our growing national sales team that provides software solutions to restaurant and retail merchants. The individual will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative educational initiatives, recommending platforms and vendors aimed at modernizing the existing programs, and identifying new learning opportunities for our sales agents. Relevant experience is required to employ new ideas and proven training techniques that increase product awareness and sales; to support agent recruitment, production, and involvement; and ensure the ongoing success and retention of our merchants.
